On 31 January 2022, the UAE Ministry of Finance announced the introduction of Corporate Tax on business profits effective for the financial years starting on or after 01 June 2023. Following the announcement, the MOF released a Public Consultation Document on the proposed CT regime in the UAE with the intent to obtain input/suggestions from the stakeholders. The Document contains the main features of the CT regime.
